What type of Stem Cells are Administered?

Bone Marrow is the natural and most accesible source of stem cells in the human body. It contains a considerable amount of Mesenchymal stem cells (MSCs). Additionally, Bone Marrow contains (in a larger proportion) Hematopoietic Stem Cells (HSC’s).  HSCT effectively resets the immune system by renewing the CD4+ T cell compartment, especially the regulatory T cell population. How is the Protocol Done?
